Directors and Officers of Provis Infusion Clinic Inc.

Provis Infusion Clinic Inc. was established by a group of health care professionals who are interested in the changing landscape of healthcare delivery in Canada. Our four directors have many years of experience in designing, founding and operating health care companies and freestanding clinics in Canada.

The Provis Team

Peter Anglin, MD, FRCPC, MBA
Medical Director, Provis Infusion Clinic Inc.
Dr. Anglin obtained his medical degree from Queens University at Kingston and followed this with clinical fellowships in internal medicine, haematology and oncology. He has been in clinical practice for the last 10 years in the Greater Toronto Area and is a clinical investigator with the National Cancer Institute of Canada. Dr. Anglin completed his MBA through the executive programs of the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and has served as a consultant for a number of health-related organizations. In his position as Medical Director of Provis Infusion Clinic Inc. Dr. Anglin is responsible for all clinical quality standards of the operation and participates in direct patient care.

Joel Kirsh, MD, FRCPC
Nuclear Medicine Consultant, Provis Infusion Clinic Inc.
Dr. Kirsh is a graduate of Dalhousie University Medical School. He did his residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at Toronto General Hospital and Nuclear Medicine training at the Montreal General Hospital. He was head of Nuclear Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto and served as director of the University of Toronto residency training program in Nuclear Medicine until 1995 when he joined the staff of The Credit Valley Hospital where he now works as a Nuclear Medicine Physician and Diagnostic Radiologist. As Nuclear Medicine Consultant at Provis Infusion Clinic, Dr. Kirsh has overseen the licensing of Provis Infusion Clinic Inc. by the Canadian Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Dr. Kirsh is involved in the Radioimmunotherapy Clinic at Provis.

Christopher Lyn MRT(N), RTNM, CNMT, BA
Radiation Safety Officer, Provis Infusion Clinic Inc.
Mr. Lyn received his Nuclear Medicine Technology diploma from the Toronto Institute of Medical Technology and completed his undergraduate degree in commerce at the University of Toronto. He has been a practicing Nuclear Medicine Technologist for 24 years and a Radiation Safety Officer for the past 20 years. At Provis Infusion Clinic Inc., Mr. Lyn is in charge of radioimmunotherapy infusions and all related aspects of quality control and safety.

George Luczkiw, MD
Associate - Emergency Medicine, Provis Infusion Clinic Inc.

Dr. Luczkiw obtained his medical degree from University of Toronto in 1978. He practiced family medicine at Doctors Hospital, Toronto, from 1979 to 1996 and is currently active staff in the Division of Emergency Medicine at Sunnybrook & Women’s Health Science Centre. Dr. Luczkiew is a lecturer in the faculty of medicine, University of Toronto, Department of Family and Community Medicine. At Provis Infusion Clinic Inc., Dr. Luczkiw participates in direct patient supervision.

Administrative Staff
Our helpful and friendly office staff provide efficient and seamless administrative services from first patient contact to completion of treatment. They take pride in anticipating the needs of our patients and referring physicians while ensuring smooth business operations at the clinic.

Nursing Team
We recognize the invaluable contribution an experienced nurse can make to the patient experience in intravenous therapies. Our nurses are highly trained and certified in their specialty with many years of experience in patient care. Their compassion and respect for each patient's individuality has a lasting, positive effect on the well being of our patients.
